inContext was founded in 2006 and we have, since the start, focused on building long term relations with our clients within the electrical equipment, automotive and home appliances industries. We provide consultancy services of experienced and dedicated consultants who support our clients in future defining projects. For the last two years, we have been awarded Dagens Industri’s Gasellföretag and Veckans Affärer’s Superföretag.
As we are expanding and growing our business, we are now looking for experienced Project Manager to join our team and support our technically challenging assignments with our customers.
As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities are:
- To make sure that the project group you are managing fulfils the stated project goals in time, through planning, monitoring and correction of deviations.
- You will report the results related to current development projects and specify product changes, and coordinate setting of production.
- In the role as Project Manager you will have a large contact base with internal groups, purchasing and external suppliers.
To be a successful candidate for this role you most likely have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and at least 1-2 years of work experience in Project Management, preferably from the automotive or manufacturing industry, or similar industries. It is imperative that you have a clear understanding of the role and the project phases. As a person, you are communicative, proactive and enthusiastic.
You are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Your inContext team is always there to support you in your role but you will be given the opportunity to take own initiative to independantly be responsible for your own project, and at the same time, design and develop your own and your team’s way of working.
This is an exciting role that provides many challenges, and for the right person, there are great potential and opportunities for personal development. As an employer, we provide a stable and inspiring environment coupled with exciting and challenging assignments with our clients.
