What attracted you to inContext?

A couple of years ago, I decided to move abroad, but I declined due to personal reasons. In the end of 2018 I started again to look for job opportunities, but all the offers that I found did not correspond to all my expectations. So a friend told me about inContext, before that I did not know about them, so I started looking for openings at their LinkedIn profile, which came very interesting to me. Before I decided to apply my CV I went straight to inContext’s website to know what is the company’s business, and I was surprised! The website aims more in the personal development, social activities, employee satisfaction than the business itself, and that was the main point that made me chose inContext. Most of the companies treat the employees just like 1 more piece, but since I arrived here I felt that I can be more than that.

What are you hoping to contribute to inContext?

First of all, make my job with excellence, but always trying to learn more about everything and help me colleagues to perform a good job. I love managing people, and I think this is my best attribute. I have an extensive experience at Ford doing that, and I can contribute with it too. I really know how hard it is to manage people, so if I can help inContext (directly or indirectly), I will.

Mention something about yourself that your colleagues do not already know?

First of all I’m 30 years old, I was born in Salvador/Bahia – Brazil. I’m also married and have a little French Bulldog called Yoda. I love sports, so I played basketball since I was a child but I’m always open to new experiences. I’m a very sociable person and because of that I love making new friends, hangout to bars and have a good chat with them. I love animals at all, so I’m always trying to walk around, close to nature to have more contact with them.
