What attracted you to inContext?

My technical experience is from being part of a group at Scania, focusing om component ownership of cables, connectors, electrical and mechanical components etc. I got in contact with groups with cable routing, where I used to publish 3D models for the connectors with it’s electrical properties (working as CAD support). I really got inspired for the cable harness design and routing, it looked very cool to me as well. Besides the fact that inContext is one of the best suppliers for Scania in cable harness area, I’ve also had the opportunity to work alongside some great inContext-people. I got to hear first hand how the company works, with talented people and a friendly environment. And the stories inspired me as well to join inContext.

What are you hoping to contribute to inContext?

My knowledge and experience with Scania and in different fields will help inContext to become even more competitive. Scania is going towards agile way of working, and I have experienced that way of working. So I can also help others (especially new consultants) at inContext about this change.
